Great location, close to Mt Rushmore, Custer State Park, Keystone and the Black Hills. Close to many restaurants and activities. Hotel was very clean, safe location, great staff. They are dog friendly. Large parking lot with room if you’re pulling a trailer. It was a pleasant experience staying here.

Rooms were very nice, breakfast was a little boring, same every day. But very nice overall.
Booked the hotel because the pool and slide. Tried calling the hotel direct to book but of course the local number sent me to somewhere likely overseas by the sound of the person. Of course we get there and the slide is out of order. No refund because I had prepaid on the phone. We were offered to go use the pools at affiliated hotels which was nice but it was snowing out so there was that. One of the affiliated hotels would have cost us half the price but we checked out the pool and some of the young girl swimmers were wearing just underwear and t shirts. Positive note though Walmart was close by so we could get lysol wipes and a plug in airfreshener so the bathroom smelt less like wet dog.
Had no hot water the first night. Very noisy at night. Able to hear people at fire pit outside, very loud. Had to call desk all three nights of my stay. First night at 12:30am. 2nd night at 2:30 am. 3rd night at 11:45 pm. There should be a quiet time after 11pm.
