When arrived at hotel it was closed with building work getting done then had to try and find another hotel.
We had a weary pleasant stay at the Holiday Inn Express, London, Ohio. The room and facilities were very clean and pleasant. The indoor pool and exercise room were a lovely surprise. Most of all, the staff was outstanding. Everyone was very pleasant, engaging and very helpful. Lastly, the breakfast buffet was outstanding. A big Thank You to all. See you on our next visit to London.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Bathroom needs remodel plus other small fixes throughout the room. Breakfast was good.
Overall I was very pleased with Holiday Inn Express, room was nice and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good.
