My family stayed at this hotel for about four nights when we lost power after the Nashville ice storm. The staff on upwards could not be more accommodating. Everyone was helpful and ready to make our stay comfortable. The rooms were clean and full of everything a family of five needs. The location was amazing being nestled between the mall and the rest of Cool Springs retail. I highly recommend this location if you're in the area.
