It was clean and the help desk was very helpful.
This hotel has truly run down in the past five years since we were last there. The room we slept in needed painting and the shower needed repairs. I spotted roaches near the juice dispenser and my granddaughter had hair (mustache) in her cereal. Didn’t notice it until she saw it in her milk. My daughter spotted roaches near the cereal dispenser. We will NEVER return! Also, the hideaway bed mattress needed to be replaced!

I paid for refund insurance for my stay on March 5. There was a major east coast storm on March five which prevented me from traveling and my refund request was not processed because I had to submit evidence of road closures? meaning I was expected to travel under seriously unsafe conditions? I will never book a room with your hotel again you should be ashamed.
