Disappointed that I got booked by a third party that cost about $200 more than the rack rate. There was no indication anywhere that a third party was involved and all correspondence I had only had Marriott’s name on it. I feel ripped off and likely won’t stay at a Marriott again.

It is wonderful to have a place to stay on the Mayo Clinic campus while undergoing medical treatment. Besides being conveniently located, the hotel is clean and amenities are provided.
The manager Sam is phenomenal. .. he helped me though my husbands surgery. He went to the post office for me so I could send out our companies check stubs! Who does that??? Sam went over and above to help!
