Check in and check out was easy. Staff was nice. Room was clean and comfortable.
We found the hotel to be charming, the staff to be just lovely, fair pricing, charming room and we loved that they care about water quality and the environment too.
Older hotel. Rooms clean but noisy. Breakfast bar limited but tasty.

The resort and our room was sparkling clean and the provided breakfast in the gazebo by the pool was very nice.
I would stay anytime
We have stayed here multiple times. Everything is always neat, clean and well maintained. You also get free coffee and pastries from a great bakery in Solvang. Reasonably priced too! Recommend!
As I told the gentleman taking the reservation, I was financially responsible, not the guest, Whitney, who would be visiting me while residing at Andersen's. Failure to recognize the true nature of this affair certainly compromises our relationship, though I must say that my professional colleague was quite satisfied with Andersen's accommodation.
We stay here several times a year as it is well appointed and very clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. We always have a restful pleasant stay.
The receptionist was very helpful.
