Due to recent flooding we needed a room. It was a welcome relief and the room was in great shape and wonderful escape from the flooding. It made our experience very welcome.
My room was clean, quiet and everything worked. The staff was helpful but not intrusive. Everything about the experience was smooth and efficient.

We try to stay here whenever we drive to attend Brewer games. Clean, affordable and a great, safe location!
The front desk lady at check in was helpful and friendly. She gave a real welcome briefing and provided information on the pool and your excellent hot tub/pool. Room was squeaky clean and again did I who kind the front desk lady was? She addressed. Everyone walking by and knee most by their first names. Oh and the coffee and cookies topped off the stay.

The age and amenities were fine. The walls were thin and there were kids running around the halls until late at nite. They allowed 17 kids in the hot tub. Poor experience.
After reserving rooms at the County Inn and Suites on Moorland Road, we were informed that it was through a third party. Apparently when you reserve on your website, the reservation it automatically transferred to a third party. This to me is nothing short of a con job. It included additional costs that I would not have chosen to use. The suite was never cleaned during the four days we reserved. The manager was totally uncooperative with our concerns and the so called free breakfast was days old, at best. We will never make reservations at this location again. We couldn’t even use the 20% discount offered with the flyers on the counter for our stay.
