The hotel was very crowded however the staff really did a great job assuring everyone had a safe stay. We had baked cookies which were an excellent addition to the stay. The breakfast looked fantastic however we did not have an opportunity to enjoy it. Our kids got stuck with their van and we had to go get them. We will be back next month and try it then. Thank you to the great front desk staff, housekeeping and food service, (coffee was excellent)!
My first time in Chippewa falls. Right from the front door the afternoon gentleman checked us in, he was extremely helpful and very nice. The lobby was very clean organized the only thing No elevator, but no big deal. The place was so clean new carpet in upstairs hallway. The room was very clean new carpet. The bed and pillows very cozy! I was pleasantly surprised. I even went to the hot tub and pool area, towels were right there too. That area was so clean as well ❤️ I did not eat the breakfast, but I the coffee and it was decent. I felt safe,warm and happy. I will definitely stay again. The parking lot is safe and clean as well. Thank you Country Inn 💕.
