Only stayed two nights and it appears they are not refunding me for days not staying! Water park was closed, suite was old and not at all like their on line pictures and under construction!
We have stayed here quite a few times. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Easy access. The pool wasn’t open this time but fun with our grandkids a year or so ago.definitely will stay again.
The water park was the perfect size, for my daughter’s three year old twins and her one year old. They loved the slides, it was nice to be able to “see them” at all times. The hotel itself was clean and the person at the desk was helpful. Perhaps they could use a second person, during check in times.
I reserved two rooms on Jan.16 for March one to be next to each other. One room was ready when we got there at 2:00 and I asked the person at the desk if the 2nd room will be next to ours or at least near by and she said yes and it wouldn't be ready till closer till 4:00 when check in is at 3:00. When my son went to get the key a different person was on duty that could barely speak english put his family on 2nd floor when my room was on 1st. It stated right on my reservation sheet two rooms next to each other.

Overall I had a great experience there a few things in the water park that we're not working was a sad time. Service was wonderful and quick.
