This hotel needs repairs. Broken boards on porch entrance. Cracked tile in bathroom.crumbs left on table from previous occupants.
The facility not very clean.

Desk clerk was helpful and nice.
Our room smelled stale and there was some awful residue on the floor that was slick. Not great. Light bulbs out, staff morale clearly bad, breakfast crew hadn’t even come in so when I got to breakfast, an hour and a half before it was set to close, they were out of everything but sausage and bacon.

Everything was nice. Disappointed no hot tub anymore. No clean towels in swimming area. Coffee pot in room had old nasty coffee and filter in it. Overall every worker was friendly. Breakfast was good!

Reservation made for return told computer problem to call back. Called back gave card number to pay told ok. Arrived after 12 hours in snow e Front desk said no r Terrible front desk apparently computer pr Problem. Not resolved told no rooms available M. No offer Of help. Have stayed there over 10 year period two to three times a Year. No loyalty on your part. Other hotels I area said always room held back for just such problems. Have traveled world wide at least 35to 4 O countries included Russia’s china numerous Europe countries. hAVE NEVER had a single problem Shame on you ! I want a call from upper management to further discuss! Soonest.

We enjoyed our stay at your hotel it was clean and very comfortable it was very quiet. A really good place to stay. The next time we come home from Florida we will stay there again. Thank you.
The room was clean. It was easy to check in and out. Coffee and hot water were offered 24/7 which was a plus. The breakfast offered was better than the standard fare. It was more than we were expecting.
We truly enjoyed our stay. Very comfortable! Employees are knowledgeable and helpful and friendly.
