Our room was clean, but the door stuck and made a loud noise when opened and we had to slam the door to shut it. It was definitely off kilter. The TV didn't work the whole weekend. It said the cable connection was off. One of the cleaning people tried to explain how to connect it while we were in the elevator but when we looked at it all the the connections looked correct. The place needs a little work. It is very dated and old.
