Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. Location was excellent.
The couch was very uncomfortable. The breakfast was varied and provided many choices. Hilly and Zach were very helpful. The subway connection kept us out of the weather when going to our appointments. Lighting for the kitchen area was inadequate when cooking. Windows were in need of a serious cleaning.
we loved staying at this hotel. very clean and connected to the Mayo Clinic by pedestrian tunnels. friendly staff and great location. hot hearty breakfast included. we took advantage of the lobby fireplace and fitness room. I would highly recommend and stay there again for sure.

This hotel is in a great location especially if you have Mayo Clinic appointments. I found the room to be clean and the bedding was very comfortable (and I am picky about stuff like that). The towels were also of good quality. I'd stay there again.
Attentive staff, friendly, respectful, lots of troubleshooting with a power outage of the downtown area.
