Traveling from NC,to NM we did this for our Christmas gift. Could not have done this without being Pet Friendly. Thank you so much.Design details were fabulous,friendly staff ever and great shopping. Lodge rooms are delightful with extra amenities that made it luxurious.
Love this location and what a neat experience! Clean and staff was friendly. We have a service dog and they treated him well. They even gave him a goodie bag with treats and poop bags for proper disposal of his poop. Loved it and would be visiting again! Love that it did not feel like a hotel but more so a luxury experience worth doing all over again! ♥️.

Incredible. Absolutely stunning. I surprised my 18 year old daughter with an overnight stay at the Big Cypress Lodge as part of the road trip for our move to the east coast. She keeps thanking me! It’s like spending the night in the Pirates of the Caribbean at Disneyland! The beds were so comfortable after spending the entire day driving and as a mom, I really appreciated the enormous bathtub! A late night trip to Wendy’s and dining al fresco overlooking the “bayou” was fun. Thank you for a magical evening.
The stay was interesting, but pretty pleasant. By interesting, I mean the geography of the place took some getting used to. The rooms were beautiful, but could have used a little dusting in some areas. The atmosphere was nice. I could have used more lighting in the restroom, especially around the mirror, to apply makeup. The staff was very nice and accommodating.
I would love to come back this is our third time coming to this hotel in Memphis.
Accommodations were more than what was expected. The room was extremely comfortable and well equipped. Highly recommend!
Very pleased with our visit! The staff and facility were all excellent! Always felt safe on the property no concerns. Our family spent an entire day just exploring the pyramid and resort. We will be back to visit. Highly recommend!
Couple times during the night there’s was extreme loud noises coming from the service room and woke us up during the night several times.
Gorgeous room. Everything was clean and comfortable. A quite and uneventful overnight stay.
Our stay was excellent, and the hotel staff went out of their way to help us get the rooms we needed.
