Even though it was a one night stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the location of the hotel. The staff was very nice. The room very clean and the beds slept well. They did a wonderful job with their breakfast.

I booked bc they said they had a room, showed up after a $60 uber ride, was told there was not a room and Katrina started cursing me out and denied my refund and then promised the refund once the police showed up, but refused to send me any confirmation. Please review your security footage and employee policies and reprimand this individual if necessary. I am still waiting on my refund and I will be taking this to the police if this is not corrected ASAP.
