The room was clean and had everything I needed.
This was my first solo work trip. The housekeepers arranged my bed to prop up my "blue puppy", which made the hotel room feel a little more like home. Thank you for going above and beyond!
This hotel was clean and very comfortable. The staff were all friendly and courteous.
This afternoon we called the 888 number and reserved a room for Sunday tonight, June 15. We spoke to a woman on the phone whose English was barely recognizable. When we checked in at the hotel the price was $100 less if we had just been walkins. (The phone rep said there were only three rooms less. Obviously not true.) The A/C ran full blast. No instructions on how to reset the thermostat. It was freezing. I could not connect to the hotel WiFi. This was a disaster. I have stayed at a Hampton Inn before. The way I see it tonight, you owe me $100. I can’t see myself coming back without compensatory action on your part.
This is a major university city and a state capital. Sports teams and fans of every age use these facilities on a weekly basis.
This Hampton Inn was excellent. Staff friendly and efficient, room clean and had all we needed.
