My husband and I stay at this hotel frequently for regular medical trips. The staff are always courteous and helpful, our room is always clean and the breakfast is alway nice and hot. We have never been disappointed with this hotel.

Very clean, the rooms were very clean. The restroom, was very clean. Overall it was a good place to stay.
Although a best western operator made me a reservation there. Arrival clerk said not a best western anymore but still charged. Made the phone reservation on April 25th for the night of the 26th.
This hotel was clean and tidy.
Chris, the manager greeted us. He was who was working at the time. So I'm not sure if he was the manager, but he was so yeah, nice, polite and smiling. You could tell he cared about helping and serving others, you can just tell when people enjoy their job. The room was clean comfortable. We weren't expecting a hot, big breakfast free WI. Fi and an indoor pool with great parking spots close to all the doors. It is a four story building and it is very safe and clean. I think best westerns have honestly gone way up with their standards. I am so impressed. I was so happy also that we are right by Texas Tech, as we are here for medical reasons. And we were across the street from an Alamo draft house and for $10. We went over and saw a movie for the first time in a year. It felt great.Thank you Best Western plus. You've never let us down!
