The rooms were clean and orderly and the front desk personal were friendly and helpful. The driver to and from the cruise line was so pleasant. We really appreciated this as we were a bit out of our element.
Every thing was great I really like the exercise room.

I ran into a snafu with my reservation and the staff was extremely helpful and encouraging. The room was clean, the breakfast was delicious and shuttle service was prompt, for the most part. I would definitely book again.
From the time we arrived, to the time we left your hotel we were treated like gold. Venge and Eli Ulises front desk staff bend it over backwards to make sure we had a smooth arrival and stay. We arrived super early that morning and even had a room ready for us by 11. This place offers shuttle bus to and from the airport, as well as to the Marine base. We had a couple of days where we needed to get into town to explore San Diego and although shuttle buses were not part of the hotel accommodations. The front desk staff referred us to Nick, this driver was the sweetest. And fairly reasonable in price compared to other drivers in town if we visit San Diego again we will for sure stay at this hotel! YOU GUYS ROCK!
