Booked a room with two queen beds, upon ā in was told they had a room one bed then later told there was a room available with one bed n pullout sofa bed, coming in fro dinner was told there had been a cancellation, was given a handicap room with two beds was moved three times.
Holly Noel is a great asset to the hotel. She took care of our every need and was pleasant and professional.
