Room was very quiet, bedding was perfect and very comfortable, easy access to elevator, staff was friendly and professional, breakfast was great. Enjoyed the stay!

Overall Positive
We stayed for a night, however, there were a few problems. But for the most part, the experience was nice. Had to contact the front desk on three different occasions because first needed foam pillows instead of feather, Iron did not work and they had to bring another one and Unable to connect to Internet with Android or Roku. The staff, Chris, that registered us when we arrived was very PROFESSIONAL AND KIND. And that made a very big impression on us. And, on check out Chris was there as well as Manager, Antoine, who was very kind and Professional also. I appreciate all of the staff, vale parking guys as they were all very kind and helpful. Hence the three rating. The breakfast bar was also nice. Specialty cooking was nice, however, the veggies/meat could have been cooked a little longer as we got a bit ill after eating the omelet that was personally cooked by their cooks. The room was not worth the large RATE paid for the room. But the Staff were very kind. So I give a five for STAFF and three for the room stay.
