Isle Casino Hotel - Waterloo - a Caesars Rewards Destination

The room was clean and spacious and I loved the modern bathroom. The overall price wasn't too bad either, compared to other hotels in the area that are more outdated. I also appreciate the security elevator system, so people without a room key can't have access to the room. I have already recommended it to others.

We were so happy to stay in air conditioning after camping for three nights. Very clean and live music was fun to see also!

First of all It was expensive. 2ns we couldn't eat because restaurant was full and we were turned away two hours before it closed. Pizza was good but didn't even have the salad in stock. Vending machine was not stocked and was out of my selection.i would not recommend mainly because of lack of ability to eat and very expensive for the ammennetiesavailable. Also few channels on tv.

nothing wrong with hotel or rooms. came into service desk at night with a back in 15min sign. waited 20min before another patron brought over some employees that acted like they had no idea what to do. heavy snow storm happened that night. next day roads were closed in direction we were going. weather said the white out conditions werent going to let up until 3pm, asked front desk employee if it would be alright if we didnt check out until one or 2, response was we could pay 10$/hr or get a room for the whole night. there were a ton of open rooms, barely any vehicles in lot, zero need for us to free up our room. just a little rediculous if you ask me. we chose to just pack up and wait somewhere else instead of do a little more gambling and wait the extra two hours.

We had to wait over an hour past check in to get to our room. Once we finally got to our room not even in there for a half hour we found bed bugs. We showed the housekeeper who confirmed that it was that. She brought my husband down to the front desk. They changed our room. Just hoping we weren't in the room long enough to bring them home. So make sure you look over the room carefully.

Adult swim time had teens screaming, went to front desk twice which they called security and all I got was I'm sorry. When I booked I called the number associated to The Isle on Google and upon check in presented my Ceasars Rewards card and was told this was booked through Expedia. I asked how and the Clerk said we'll we could have been having phone issues I should have hung up and called back. I explained no one on the call stated they were Expedia. I simple pressed option one for reservations. I have stayed at many hotels and never had such poor customer service.

I was still charged four my room and I was very discrete two not alarm others checking in I feel I am owed something for having two leave at 7am due two bed bugs. Room 421 Jeremy Frost 319 504 7503.
