I made a reservation with Best Western and was directed to the Red Roof Inn. The motel area was very dirty. and staff was rude at check in. I had prepaid, so no problem checking out. Wasn’t able to find a handicapped parking space near the room and in the morning, my car was standing in water. Feet got wet getting into my car. A, plus I had a good bed.
The room was dirty, laminate floor all sticky and had either recently been destroyed or was under construction. The one shelf in sink area was torn off the wall. SHOULD HAVE NEVER BEEN RENTED OUT.

Broken door latch, sink faucet not secure, exhaust fan not installed, TV didn't work, no soap, no shampoo and partiers in the parking lot.

I have never seen such a pit in my life. We called from the road and booked a room, big mistake! I was always happy with a Red Roof Inn and thought they adhered to a certain standard, boy was I wrong. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and checked out the room, the bedspread was dirty and I don’t believe the sheets were changed. We couldn’t get out fast enough.
We made the reservation from the road, big mistake! We arrived and the place is a pit. I went ahead and checked out the room, it smelled bad, the sheets and bedspread was dirty. We got out of there as soon as we could and requested a refund.
