EVERYONE AT THIS HOTEL WAS GREAT TO DEAL WITH!
We were in room 730 for 4th of July. False fire alarm went off told to evacuate. My daughter carried her three year old autistic child 7 floors downstairs. My son n law carried stroller down and we had to keep up with our 6 year old grandson. When we got down to lobby no one knew anything about alarm. I spoke to one of the agents at check in and she took my room number down and said she would give us a partial credit for the inconvenience. I will need to follow up about the credit, I have not be credited.

My son n law carried stroller down and we had to keep up with our 6 year old grandson. When we got down to lobby no one knew anything about alarm. For starters I was told I could park in the garage self park for free or pay $65 for valet parking. I opted for self parking and was charge $80.00 for parking my own car. I had to walk across a skywalk for Lord knows how long 15 minutes maybe carrying bags. Me and my husband given two arm bands for my best friend and her husband to join us at the pool, I mean lazy river. My two God daughters (22) and (16) wanted to join us at the lazy river and we were told it would be $105/a person for bands for them. During the night I couldn't sleep I kept hearing a woman scream, a motorcycle kept revving its engine, strange beeps would echo in our room throughout the night. The pool view was nice and pretty. No microwave. I just thought for $690 for one night was gonna offer something to remember.
