I paid almost 300 for a room specifically for the jacuzzi tub in the room. Which didn't even work. The beds are stiff and uncomfortable. The room looked good, but the details matter though. The a.c. wasn't controllable, was stuck on FREEZE basically and the system wouldn't work. The cable kept going in and out. I understand during the rain but without the rain?? It shouldve played without messing up. The room door was off track. We almost got stuck in the room a few times. Even after we witnessed the housekeeper letting maintaince/management know about it. No solution to it. I rate it a three out five simply because the front room looked pretty n clean. But wasted money. Was basically running to go home the next morning.
