I enjoyed the place.
TV didn’t work, maintenance never came. One hotel clerk was working while the other played on her phone. The clerk couldn’t put her phone down to even answer the phone! I have stayed at this hotel numerous times in the past. It has always been nice and comfortable, with the exception of the same Clerk on the phone on other visits.
The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The hotel personnel was extremely friendly and quickly responded when we needed additional towels.
Overall good experience for my stay. Although I tried to order meals from the full service restaurant and there was never anyone there on three separate occasions.
