The only thing good I can say, is that the room itself was nice. The staff…not very friendly. I was also told the pet fee was $10.00, but when I arrived they informed me it was $50.00. Front desk never answered phone and were never at the desk, but when you walked down, they were in the office right behind the desk, just wouldn’t answer the phone. Would stand there for several minutes, making noise with my keys, clearing throat, finally saying helllooooo a couple times before they eventually came out. When I told them my room had no washcloths, I was just looked at with a blank stare. When I then asked if they possibly had one to give me, they did go get two of them…without one word spoken. This happened several times, including at check out. No matter what time you came to the desk, people were coming in or up to the desk and had to stand in line waiting for someone to help them. I asked for a bottled water later that night “but they were out” of bottled water. The pool was filthy on the bottom of it and around the sides. I would not go in it.
The front desk lady was very welcoming and entertaining.
The hotel is nice, clean, friendly.
Stay overall was good. Staff is very friendly. We were given adjoining rooms as requested. Rooms are very clean. Beds are very comfortable.
