I have stayed at this hotel at least 30 times in the past 15 years due to the closeness of the outlets, Sight and Sound theatre and the beautiful Amish country.
The room was very comfortable and immaculate. The front desk was very accommodating and welcoming. However, breakfast was a big disappointment. The eggs and the turkey sausage was ice cold. The eggs also tasted like powder eggs I don’t like to waste food, but I had to throw it away I tried to heat up a bagel on the toaster and the toaster was dysfunctional. I thought I would eat some cereal instead, but there was no soy milk and I’m intolerant of regular milk so I couldn’t have that I left hungry the coffee was lukewarm and strong. I have stayed at a Fairfield in my area and the breakfast was awesome. I don’t know what the difference was. Overall, I had a very good stay except for breakfast thank you.

Rooms were ok. Convenient to the restaurants in the area and to the outlets. Breakfast and convenient store could have been better. Staff was very pleasant and helpful.
