Greeted in the lobby by a kiosk. There was a live person, on a computer screen. I prefer real people who can respond to real problems. The hallway smelled like Raid. The world's slowestclunky elevator smelled like hydraulic oil. The bed was fine. The room was fine. Check out was online and asked for a tip for the staff. What staff? We never saw anyone in person. Added $100 security deposit that I have no confidence that I will ever see again. Room was advertised as $147 but my card was charged $328.FFS.
Great experience for everything is new Price was right just great.
