We arrived on time, It took 20 minutes for anyone to show up at the front desk. When the woman did arrive she looked like a street person. Had a baby on her hip. The office was cluttered. We had had a reservation for at least 24 hours. But she tried putting me in the upstairs and in the back of the place. I explained I was disabled and couldnt climb stairs. She couldnt care less. The place smelled like Marijuana. No way ill ever stay at a Days Inn By Windham again. We left and got a nice hotel in Amarillo.
Lovely, clean hotel with nice breakfast.
We booked a Kung room, paid and received confirmation. When we arrived we were told they had no king rooms. We were put in a double. Toilet ran off and on most of the night. Parking in back is sketchy.

Harsh order in a dirt room, reserved a 1st floor room and only had a 2nd floor room, unsafe neighborhood and check in attendant uncooperative ( tried ti charge me an extra $30 cancelation charge. Front desk attendant also said she would cancel my reservation, which she did not and my credit card was charged the full amount.
The staff was friendly and although the building was clean.
