Clean hotel with quality staff. Great location, friendly service, best French Onion soup on the planet😀👏‼️.
Was unable to make the trip so had to cancel. Logged into my account and entered my confirmation number to cancel. Then I just went to the website. Received messages that they were unable to locate my reservation although I was charged for it when I made the reservation in April. I sent a message to cancel my reservation. No acknowledgement that it was received. Later I received texts reminding me about checkin and then later with a receipt. I can’t give a review because I had to cancel but I certainly had difficulty navigating my reservation online.
We will be back some time this summer. Very nice and comfortable.
First, put a sign on the outside of the front of the building with an arrow towards parking so we don't have to go around the block multiple times to figure it out. Longer hours for the restaurant and bar, like Noon Midnight (on weekends). Ice on every floor would be nice. I didn't need to call for any service, but I heard from other family members that nobody would answer the front desk phone. Pool is too small. Continental breakfast was nice and so was the older guy that managed it he did a great job. Also had a fantastic waitress in the restaurant on Friday, 10/25 (short black hair).
Guest has choice whether to have linen and terry washed or reused throughout their stay.
