The day we checked in the front desk person was so helpful, kind and the housekeeper that was working with her also very kind. I was not feeling all that good and they helped with our move in and the blind remote,we travel with a lot of things due to my illness. I have never stayed at a hotel where the staff were so helpful. This kind of service should be rewarded. I don't know the housekeeper's name, but the desk person was Alycia Lucero. Both were excellent.
The staff, especially the front desk person when we checked in, was helpful, courteous and well informed. The facility was clean, warm, welcoming and very comfortable. We will definitely be back.
