Very clean and conveniently located hotel. Beds were great and so was the breakfast every morning. The staff were all very nice.

We had been stuck in the airport in New York for 10 hours with flight delays. We finally got a flight that would have us landing at midnight. The hotel staff/reservation person was so nice and understanding of our late arrival. They gave us a good rate, picked us up at the airport and had us in our room quickly.
Breakfast is always nice. Rooms are somewhat dated and need touchup (painting).
Portland did well overall. The room was clean and they had a laundry room to use. The continental breakfasts were reasonable. The kitchen staff was helpful and kept the food replenished. Near stores that are within walking distance.

The hotel is not adjacent to the airport though several others are, adding to pickup and delivery times. Upon arrival I had to call the national Comfort Inn phone line in order to request pickup as a local phone number is not made available. Delivery shuttle to the airport only ran once/hour which is inconvenient, especially for early morning flights. The rooms were very basic, not remodeled, though clean.
I booked an accessible room with one queen bed, but was assigned one that was not accessible and had two double beds. I have difficulty getting into/out of a bath tub safely, which was the reason for reserving an accessible room.
Staff is very friendly and accomodating. Room is clean.
Nothing fancy, but reasonable rates, clean rooms and good service.
