I had high expectations for this hotel which should be classified as a motel. The room were clean and the room amenities were as expected. The disappointment though was to arrive at 4:30 after driving for six hours to be met by a virtual kiosk to check in that was not working correctly. There were many customers with the same experience. A relief was called who showed up with a kind personality to help us with our distress. I was never shown the exercise room if there was one and there is a breakfast item to go in a bag. I paid twice compared to other motels that offered more.
We had planned to stay at the Quality Inn but were outpriced so booking agent recommended your Howard Johnson and we were not disappointed. Did not like the kiosk check in but got through it. Would recommend to anyone looking for a room.
