I arrived at the hotel to check in, only to find no one at the front desk. After waiting 15 minutes, the clerk showed up and said she would be right back. She returned 15 minutes later. The next morning I went to check out only to find a note at the desk that the clerk would be back shortly and please take a seat and relax. He returned 25 minutes later. Very poor customer service.
Pillows were soft, staff was nice.
Good staff, good food, good experiences all weekend.

This hotel is over priced for the value. Hotel needs upgrading.
Clean and comfortable room; very nice breakfast. Location is good right off the interstate but still quiet.
