Staff at breakfast are super!
The room was very comfortable, spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We were next to the exit door, making it easy to take the dog our for his duties. Comfort Inns are our new 'go to' hotel!
Suggest quiet time for all guests, especially in the rooms. Be considerate of other guests.
I reserved a king room and indicated I had a small dog. Upon arrival my room was changed to two queens when I mentioned my dog again. The room had almost NO furniture. And the beds were doubles not queens. The room Was booked for one night and during the night I received four texts and two e mails with my receipt so no more sleep after that! The very nice woman in the breakfast area was extremely helpful and welcoming/the only employee who displayed any customer service. Lastly, after checkout a man followed us out saying we did not pay the pet deposit. Why the clerk the night before did not charge my card when she had my credit card and told me the charge, I cannot understand! With the exception of the breakfast hostess, all employees were dismissive and curt. My last stay at a comfort inn, which is very poorly named.
Room was spacious, clean and enjoyable.
