We were in town for a medical appointment. The staff went above and beyond to help retrieve my crown from the bathroom sink. They were efficient along with getting to task with knowledge and reassurance. Staff are a team! My only complaint is being in my 60’s the toilet is so low, it was hard to get up once you were finished.

Need to lock back door all the time, so you need to use your key to get in. Seen a squatter come in back door. Otherwise very pleased with hotel and staff was more than accamodating.
Excellent experience again from HIE! It's what I have come to expect from HIE. I wouldn't stay anywhere else!
