With all the things that are wrong with your room, such as no Wi Fi, no working telephone, not getting your room cleaned and even just getting the toilet paper to stay on the holder is an issue, you would think you could at least get a discount for your stay. So it just goes to show you their bottom line is more important than customer satisfaction.

No complaints. The front desk workers were friendly, free breakfast was delicious, room was nice and clean and the bed was amazingly comfortable!
They take your money and won't give you a refund even if your reservation was wrong and cancelled with in one hour it was a horrible experience and never want to deal with them ever again.
We have stayed her many times over the years and this time was just okay. Checking was a long and unsettling. Why put a new guy on for a preholiday weekend? They debated the price we paid and if we really did hve park and fly. The shuttle. well car to the airport got us there and that is all I can say. Will stay in another hotel in the future.
