Room was really nice and exceptionally clean, staff was also very nice and really accommodating. Breakfast was great, Lots of choices, I will definitely stay at Homewood again!
Vehicle entrance to hotel was limited and awkward to get to the parking lot at rear of hotel. Hotel staff was not friendly and welcoming. Dirty dishes were left in the sink of our suite and garbage was in the trash can under the sink. In the seating area of the suite and in the breakfast lobby area, couches and fabric covered chairs were badly stained! The complimentary breakfast, which did not vary much from one day to the next was not satisfying. Fresh fruit consisted of bananas and over riped red apples that looked like they had been there for several days or even a week or two. I had need seen diced scrambled eggs, until now! The one positive feature was the fact that guests could not enter the building or use the elevator without their room key. I do question the security of the parking lot especially when the entrance gate remained opened throughout our two day visit. Lastly, when I made reservations on May 12th, I thought that I was communicating directly with the hotel. It wasn't until I received my charge statement the following week and called Homewood Suites, that I was informed that I had booked with a third party who charged my credit card as soon as I made the reservations. My over all experience at Homewood Suites was less than acceptable. I will never stay at this hotel again.
