It was very clean and comfortable. The gentleman working Sunday night turned on the fire pit so we could a beer outside. The evening staff was friendly.
Problems at the front desk at check in were handled. apparently the company that is used for making reservations does a really bad job. I was billed three times for incidental charges and am still waiting for them to clear. it took me 20 minutes to find someone that could get me the number form the front desk, the person a the front desk treated me well and is looking into the situation but the people at the reservations desk, (this is not at the building) are horrible and rude. The hotel is very nice, modern and comfortable.
