Worst place I've ever walked into. Had to find a new hotel at 7:00 at night on a Saturday. Hotel was dirty inside and out.
I book a handicapped room due to my wife is handicapped. I had dental surgery and needed ice every 20 minutes. We checked in, no handicap room. They did have a room upstairs with a walk in shower, but the bed was so high that my wife could now get in the bed. She had to sleep in the chair. She stayed up all night to take care of me. The ice machine did not work and I needed ice every 20 minutes. My wife went down because the phone in the room did not work and demanded that somehow we get ice. The maintenance guy did bring up a bag of ice, then he had to change the box for the tv, that did not work. The shower had very little pressure. We were very upset with the hotel. I would like some kind of refund for such a bad experience.

The room had recently been upgraded and it was clean and the bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept in!
