You're sending me a receipt when I never showed up. For two nights charges. We canceled within the cancelation policy and you still charged us for two nights. What a discrace.
Just a simple change in reservation dates was f nightmare, let alone when we had to cancel fir weather. We complied and su fitted to your ridiculous cancelation policy but you still charged us for three nights and we were not even in town. I can see that your system is so unfriendly and people just give up trying to do anything. And if you do suffer it out and get a real person, they tell you whatever to get you off the phone. "No cancelation confirmation number" but it's handled." You'll never see us in any of your hotels. I'll sleep in my car. Good bye.

Even tho we finally canceled our reservation thru your unbelievably difficult and unfriendly website, you still charged us. FYI: We will never use you or come near your hotel, nor will we ever speak good of it. Just making and then changing reservations was my worst experience ever in travel. You are the worst.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Everything was clean and easy to access. Breakfast was delicious and coffee was amazing. Would gladly stay again in the future.
I couldn't get down my icy hill to get home, feeling very overwhelmed, the let me and my dog stay the night and treated us kindly. Thank you.
Out of all the rooms, we get across the hall from the ice, soda and snack vending machines! Also I don't understand the extra we paid for "cancelation insurance." We'll stay somewhere else next time.
