So unique all modern, everything was perfect clean tile, shower soaps on wall, could live there it had everything never had a room nicer.
Love staying here! Great location and a clean and nice room. Everything always works. Internet is fast. Can't ask for a friendlier staff and always around if you need something.

We were evacuated from our home due to the Table Rock Fires (Mar 2025) and decided to drive towards Clemson as most hotels nearby were already booked by those evacuated the week before. Although this property was not the fanciest, we certainly felt safe and didn't encounter any problems while staying there. The hotel does back up to the train and as we were towards the back (because we had the fur kid) we did hear that, but it didn't bother us at all. The cleaning staff was excellent. Paula was extremely kind due to our circumstances and always remained happy when we talked with her. She also took a fancy to our Sadie (fur kid). The morning complimentary breakfast was fair. Various breads and muffins were offered as well as biscuits along with egg discs and sausage patties. They have a Belgian Waffle machine that offered plain and a flavored batter. Yogurt and a couple cereals along with apple and orange juice and coffee. Apples were there too. Definitely filling enough. All but one of the front desk clerks were very nice and helpful. I would recommend educating the one person in empathy as she made a comment that we didn't advise we were bring our Sadie and that was not the case. Apparently, the reservationist did not pass along that information. We made the reservations very late the night we were evacuated from our home. The only stipulation I was concerned with was being able to bring our Sadie, even though we also needed a handicap assessable room due to my hubby's disability. We would work around that. The snappy attitude initially spouted off to me was not something I needed to hear after our abrupt departure from our home. As far as the booking agent, which we did not know was a third party (we called an 800 number listed on Google), professional and very concerned for us finding a place that would allow us to bring Sadie.
