Unfortunately my wife got sick and couldn't join me, so I had to go back home on Saturday. The property was well kept and the breakfast on Saturday morning was good, just like all of Comfort Inns we stay at!
We were on a very long 15 hour drive from New England and were looking forward to some rest. We found that at Comfort Inn Lenoir City! The staff was welcoming and accommodating. We couldn't ask for a better way to spend some restful time. Thank you!
Hotel staff very pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and in good condition. I was looking forward to breakfast but ran out of time and did not have a chance to eat. My only complaint was humidity. It didn’t seem confined to just my room but hard to know. I felt sticky/damp and my hair became frizzy even after I used a flat iron to smooth it out. The location was just off I75 and very convenient to the events I was attending in the area.

Very friendly staff. Maintenance was on going as the need required. Breakfast was good and replenished when needed. We felt very comfortable there. One drawback to the room we occupied was that there was not enough places to sit and enjoy each other as we were a party of 3, one being an eight year old. We will use this hotel again.
It was a very nice room. The bad thing was when you call to book a room, you get a third party. They lied to us and over charge us. They told us there was only one room left. This was not true. We paid $483.71 when it was supposed to be $320.82 for three nights. The Confort Inn said that they couldn't do nothing because it was a 3rd party who booked it for us. Ask who does your booking.
