Lady at the desk was nice. Skinned my wrist and was bleeding. She gave me a wide band aid that covered it completely. On the negative side breakfast is subpar. Air conditioning didn't cool very well. Wanted to take a bath but there was no drain plug. Fortunately I always take a flat rubber stopper that can be laid over the drain. Got a room on the backside of the hotel away from the freeway side which softens the road noise.
