45 minutes to get a bowl of very salty soup. Chefs salad was quite good though. I was charged extra for insurance cancellation that I did not ask for ($85.) Had to call for a refund. Difficult to do on line.
The elevator was concerning because the temporary permit expired in December of 2024. The pillows were very uncomfortable and we were not able to receive Kleenex or enough towels without asking. Room service makes you go to the bar to pick up the order. Parking is the worst I've ever seen. The spaces aren't big enough and the garage was unable to provide enough handicapped parking for our needs.
No quarters for laundry.

The hotel was clean, and the staff was very nice. Check in was seamless with courteous clerks to help with the process.
Should have valet and baggage service.
