We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Best Western. The staff was very helpful, the room was very clean and large and the breakfast in the morning was very filling. We would especially like to acknowledge the manager, Tamika, who was able to handle any question or special need that we had. She is a very talented and dedicated employee. She has a bright future in hospitality management.
Every aspect from check in to check out was great. The front desk was totally friendly and professional. Smiles from maintenance. Smiles all around 😀 We will be using this location in future when visiting our family in the area. Thx BW Grass Valley.

Room was warm upon arrival. It was cold outside so my elderly parents were pleasantly surprised. My mom forgot her shoes when checking out. They were found and we got them back.
Hole on ceiling above shower head, painted black mold in bathroom and bath tub, personnel was very nice, breakfast was good but ran out of food for about 1/2 hr. The attendant at breakfast was patronizing.
Nice place perfect for weekend. Stayed for wedding. Room clean A/C was the bomb! Nice stay and decent breakfast.
