I love this hotel, staff is friendly, rooms are updated and clean.
I would like a refund. I never checked in. I thought I booked for 3/28 31. I understand there is a question as to whether I get a refund. There was an issue with your 3rd party booking company. If I don't get a refund I will book at another hotel. Please advise.
We really enjoyed our stay at Chaco. We love that they are dog friendly, have such a convenient location to old town and the Sawmill food court. The staff could not be friendlier and the rooms are very comfortable. It’s a great place to stay!
