Noah and Avy in guest services were the best, they got our room setup with all my special requests and were extremely friendly to work with. Our room was excellent, the shower was nice and the hotel in general was very fancy.

I would like a refund. I never checked in. I thought I booked for 3/28 31. I understand there is a question as to whether I get a refund. There was an issue with your 3rd party booking company. If I don't get a refund I will book at another hotel. Please advise.
We really enjoyed our stay at Chaco. We love that they are dog friendly, have such a convenient location to old town and the Sawmill food court. The staff could not be friendlier and the rooms are very comfortable. It’s a great place to stay!
