Lovely hotel with lovely staff. These people. So nice, professional, capable, competent, welcoming, always jumping to assist above and beyond, funny, available. I could go on, but you get the point. The bed was delicious, the drinks were so soft and comforting, the food was exquisite. I did not care where I was, as the staff were there with me. Dance competition was in the Expo area and the vibe of the staff extended in there, too. I will keep this hotel on repeat and hope my fave staff are still there next time. Oh, prices were Asheville expected, with very high quality.
