Booked a balcony room week prior and got put on 1st floor. All I was told is they can just take rooms that it didn’t matter. I will never be back horrible service!

Driver of shuttle was so great and helpful! I was stuck in Detroit due to flight delays. .front desk and waitress at restaurant made my inconvenience so much more tolerable!
