Needs new carpet, paint, bathroom upgrade, employees are not friendly, specially the crew on the June 8th around midnight, our room was not clean and when we returned called the front desk told them about it and only asked for clean towels, awaited for over an hour and had to keep calling and they kept putting us on hold. Not planning on staying there again. On arrival on June 5th the gentleman at the reception "Jeff" was very helpful and very nice. ..maybe the others should learn from him.
