This is a nice hotel to stay! It was my second visit and I was very pleased with the cleanliness. The great customer service from the staff and the surrounding environment is a plus for all ages.
Our stay at this hotel was excellent. The staff demonstrated radical hospitality. From the time we checked in to the time we checked out, the staff was very accommodating. On Friday morning, our coffee pot malfunctioned, guest services immediately sent a young man to bring us some more coffee and condiments. I failed to get his name, however, he was very nice and the pot didn't work for him either. A young lady, I think she was the supervisor of guest services, brought another pot and they stayed to make sure that pot worked. We really appreciate them both. When we checked out on Saturday, I think her name was Kanika and she was very pleasant, asking us to make sure we come back to visit in the near future. We were looking around for a cart to get our luggage and Mr. Jimmy saw us and offered assistance. We told him we were looking for a luggage cart and he told us to wait right there, he would get us one and he did. Thank you for having such a good and observant staff that is willing to assist. We shall return!
Room was ready on time. They came in each day to clean. Bed was very comfortable.

Hotel was extraordinarily clean, staff pleasant and accommodating. I would recommend and stay there when I travel.
We stayed for two days. The place was very clean and the staff was friendly. Especially the lady in the Cafe! However, the "overpowering" air freshener in the hallway was awful. Almost breathtaking! We couldn't get out of the hallway fast enough! Also, the water pressure was a bit too much. You couldn't stand under it and let it run on your face. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.
